There has been a Kelp Gull at Pointe de la Sarga at Dakhla on 6th February 2020. Kirsten Kraetzel, Soenke Tautz and their German friends found a different bird there only ten days later, on 17th and 18th February 2020 (some photos are posted here: https://www.club300.de/gallery/photo.php?id=76349)
Additionally, they saw and photographed a first winter Little Gull on 16th February and a White-winged Black Tern in full breeding plumage on 18th February 2020.

This is the 3rd record of a White-winged Tern for the whole Atlantic Sahara (one offshore Akhfenir on 16 May 1985 and one in nuptial plumage at Laâyoune on 25 April 2011). And the 8th Little Gull for the Atlantic Sahara (the 2nd for Dakhla).
