The most interestig was the record of 2 Eurasian Bullfinches. This species is considered as a Palearctic Accidental Visitor to Morocco (Bergier et al. 2017) with only seven previous records, most of them in Northern Morocco (Ceuta, Charf-Al-Akab and Perdicaris near Tangier, Jbel Zerhoun near Meknès, Sidi Bettache near Rabat, Settat in Chaouia. The southernmost record is at Arhbalou in Western High Atlas). They are from early November to early April: this one is the soonest so far.
Also quite a few coelebs in the region (heard a few dozens arriving to some woods near Brikcha), and a Black Stork near Larbaa Beni Hassen (https://ebird.org/ebird/view/checklist/S40211801).

Pedro Fernandes: ‘People in Portugal tell me 2017 is being a good year for this species in the south (e.g. Sagres), as well as for Hawfinches. I find it interesting that this (Moroccan) record fits nicely with the wave of finches in south Portugal, which happened and happens on the last week of October’
